  • Resellers must comply with all branding, pricing, and distribution guidelines provided by Ikapa.

Return & Refund Policy

At Ikapa Consortium (Pty) Ltd – Distribution Division (“Ikapa,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded when purchased via ic-distribution.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • They were supplied incorrectly or in error.

  • They are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • They do not conform to the description or specification provided on our site.

⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of NDT consumables and chemical products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are defective.

2. Return Period

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, we cannot guarantee acceptance of a return, except where required by law.

3. Process for Returns

To request a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging (where possible).

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • If a return is approved, you may choose between:

    • Replacement of the product, where stock is available.

    • Refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged item), Ikapa will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened consumables (e.g., sprays, penetrants, powders, chemicals).

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

7. Warranties

Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties. In such cases, warranty claims will be processed in line with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
